Terms
Draft · Updated Oct 7, 2026
These terms cover your use of Kallpa. The signed order form for your pits controls where it differs from this page.
What Kallpa does
Kallpa detects mobile equipment hazards on camera streams you provide, sends alerts and keeps records for your written safety program. Kallpa warns and records. It never controls a machine, and it does not replace your traffic plan, berms, training or the judgment of your people.
Your responsibilities
- The operator and its responsible person own the written safety program and sign each revision.
- You tell miners that cameras watch hazard zones, using the notice we provide or your own.
- You keep the site PC powered and connected so the agent can run.
Billing
Kallpa is billed per pit per month. The first pit runs free for 30 days. You can cancel any month, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
Your program is yours
You can export your written program, revision log and event records to Word, PDF or CSV at any time, including after you cancel, for 90 days.
Accuracy
We measure detection at your pit during the pilot and share the result for each condition. Cameras miss things in dust, glare and darkness. Do not rely on Kallpa as the only control for any hazard.
